Quick Disconnect for Wired Cell

Adds a DC plug & DC jack combination along the DC cable to the Eliminator for convenience. This is commonly located near the AC power adapter end and is convenient for running the cable through a small hole in a wall to the outdoors so that the AC adapter portion can be located indoors or in a dry box out of the weather. A common application is outdoor Weather Station sensors.
